New mission: Black and White photography

I've just bought a book today about Black & White photography and I'm going to make this my next mission! Although I am a bit bored with landscapes... I need to try some portraits... need to find guinny pigs :-)

If anybody has some advice or readings/websites related to B&W photography, please share it. I'll provide the details of the book I got once I checked if it's any good.

I'm back... and it's B&W

I there! I'm back after a 2 months break... working away. I've actually been to France over Christmas and took the first pictures in a long time. I was in Dordogne (beauiful part of France, highly recommended) and there was fog nearly everyday. The lanscapes were just amazing but unfortunately I didn't carry my camera most of the time. Anyway, here are a few pictures and... HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Back home!

While I was in France I went down to the Dordogne region which I don't know that much. I really like the houses there in the country side, all stone houses with woods everywhere. Unfortunately I didn't any time to take pictures so I only came back with a few photos.

Le vieux Paris

Paris I'm coming!

One more week and then I'm going to Paris to work there for about 2 weeks at least. I'm very excited as I'm going to be setting up a new team in Dublin from scratch. Hopefully I'll get some time to go around the city and take photographes, but I doubt it.

Glendalough tower

This is another picture from Glendalough (somewhere in the Wicklow mountains, south of Dublin). I really love that place, although in the evening with the fog it looks a bit creepy.
